These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who register an account with, access, or use the 788vin platform, including its website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 788vin under an international gaming licence.

Each eligible player may hold one (1) account on the 788vin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes.

788vin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You will be required to provide a copy of your CNIC or other approved government-issued identity document. Additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, may be requested at 788vin's discretion.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 788vin support immediately via live chat.
• 788vin will never ask for your password or OTP via any communication channel.

788vin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 788vin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 788vin account holder.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier / Wallet page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 788vin wallet instantly or within the processing time specified by your payment provider.
• 788vin does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds are held in trust for the purpose of gaming and betting on the Platform.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility.

• 788vin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where required under its licensing obligations.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

788vin offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All promotions offered on the Platform are subject to these general Terms and to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. Players who have active self-exclusion measures in place are not eligible for promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without replacement.

Players using the 788vin Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited technical fault are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on the Platform.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 788vin is governed by the 788vin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

788vin collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with its licensing obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Limited data sharing with licensed payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) is necessary for transaction processing and is carried out under appropriate data processing agreements.

788vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against 788vin.

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
